The proposal is that the

Far East Aviation Company should be

allowed to house their training

aircraft at Kai Tak but not to

undertake training on the aerourome,

the machines being flown by British

instructors from Kai Tak to the race-

course, where all training would take

urse

place. If it is possible to

arrange for one or other of the

race-courses at Hong Kong to be made

available for the purpose, the

Council anticipate that suitable

arrangements coula be made for the

housing of the training aircraft

at Kai Tak, without interfering with

either Service requirements or the

use of Kai Tuk as a civil airport.

possible to give effect to the above

proposal, and if so, whether it

would
